Repplo is operated by Dario Farina, a sole proprietor based in Quebec, Canada.
What we collect
- —Email address (for login via one-time code)
- —Usage data (reply count per day)
- —Reply DNA preferences (tone, words, reply length)
- —Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details)
How we use it
We use your data solely to operate Repplo — to authenticate you, enforce daily limits, personalize your replies, and process payments. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except Stripe (payments) and Supabase (database/auth).
Data storage
Your data is stored securely via Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email hello@repplo.com to exercise these rights.
Data deletion
Request full account deletion by emailing hello@repplo.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.
Breach notification
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) within 72 hours.
